In 2009
In 2009 I launched a web series, attended my first ComicCon as an exhibitor rather than a guest, faced financial difficulty, discovered that Baltimore is my 2nd favorite city to visit (after D.C.), went back to school, nearly dropped out of school, changed my program, helped make a short film that has screened at 2 film festivals so far, launched 3 websites (all of which are independent of iWeb...

I’m quite proud of my car.  I haven’t driven it or even started it in 6 weeks.  In those six weeks, it’s gotten quite cold here in New Jersey.  I checked on it tonight in preparation for my drive to my parents tomorrow.  Even though it took several attempts, my car DID start in the sub-freezing temperatures.  I ran the engine for several minutes just to let it stretch out a bit....

Me: Well, my usual fee for a commercial site would be $1500 to $2000 but if you’re going to be bringing in consistent regular work maybe we can work out some sort of deal. Client: Oh, we were thinking...

The Onion A.V. Club has published it’s top 50 movies in the ’00s, and in doing so has made my Netflix queue a lot longer than it already was.  Curse you A.V. Club!  How will I catch up with all of these amazing looking movies?  If only Netflix could stream or download to my phone.  Then I could watch them all on my daily commute in and out of NYC.
